  • The Out Of Hours (OOH) service has been developed for emergency conditions that cannot wait until the surgery is open.
  • The service can be accessed between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am by ringing 0845 0450281.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I RING THE NUMBER?

  • A health care professional will decide based on your clinical need what happens next.
  • This may be, dependent on what is most appropriate:

Giving Advice.

***Asking you to attend at one of the Emergency Care Centres.

Providing you with a home visit.

Admittance to hospital.

***If you are asked to attend an Emergency Care Centre the Health Care Professional will confirm and agree with you which one. This will be one of the following based on where you live and the current activity in the centre, ensuring that your needs can be dealt with as speedily and as appropriately as possible.

Johnson Hosptial, Spalding - Pilgrim Hospital, Boston - Skegness and District Hospital and County Hospital, Louth.
